Euro dividend aristocrat Bureau Veritas (BVI.PA) announced that its board of directors has decided not to propose a dividend payment at its annual shareholders’ meeting of 26 June, in order to comply with regulatory provisions in return for assistance from the French government.
In order to preserve its capacity to ensure a rapid rebound after the crisis, the group has decided to adopt remote working and partial unemployment schemes in France, as well as to use certain facilities that enable the company to defer certain charges and tax payments.
