The Beauty & Personal Care segment offers skin care and hair care products, deodorants, and oral care products. This segment markets its products under the Axe, Dove, Lux, Rexona, Sunsilk, TRESemmé, Signal, Lifebuoy, and Vaseline brands. The Foods & Refreshment segment offers soups, bouillons, sauces, snacks, mayonnaise, salad dressings, margarines and spreads, ice cream, and tea-based beverages under the Knorr, Hellmann’s, Magnum, Lipton, Heart, Brooke Bond, and Ben & Jerry’s brands. It also provides local jewels under the Bango and Robertson’s brands, as well as the Pukka Herbs, Sir Kensington’s, and Mãe Terra brands. The Home Care segment offers home care products, such as powders, liquids and capsules, and soap bars, as well as a range of cleaning products under the Dirt is Good, Surf, Comfort, Domestos, Sunlight, Cif, and Seventh Generation brands; and air and water purification products under the Blueair, Pureit, and Truliva/Qinyuan brands. The company was formerly known as Margarine Unie N.V. and changed its name to Unilever N.V. in 1929. Unilever N.V. was founded in 1927 and is headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
