According to the latest 13-F regulatory filing, Berkshire Hathaway reduced its Wells Fargo (WFC) position by 7%, or 31.4 million shares, to hold 378 million shares. Wells Fargo is the fourth largest stock holding for Berkshire Hathaway.
Berkshire Hathaway reveals also a new stake of 1.2 million shares in RH, formerly known as Restoration Hardware. The Shares of RH (RH) surged 7.6% on Friday.
The 13-F filing revealed also a new stake in Occidental Petroleum (OXY) worth around $332 million. Berkshire had committed a $10 billion preferred stock investment in Occidental to help that company buy rival Anadarko Petroleum.
Berkshire slightly reduced its Apple (AAPL) position by 750,000 shares to last hold 248 million shares, a position valued at $55.7 billion at the end of the quarter. Apple is still the largest stock holding in Warren Buffett’s portfolio, around 28%.
Three dividend aristocrats are part of Berkshire Hathaway portfolio, Coca Cola (KO), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) and Procter & Gamble (PG).
